Cancer-Focused Research
My work is focused on improving our understanding of epigenetic and transcriptional regulation mechanisms contributing to tumor development, tumor-immune cell interactions, and response to therapy. My work has a strong translation focus and encompasses several tumor types, with a specific interest in non-Hodgkin lymphomas. My current work is focused on (1) exploring a role for epignenetics to enhance immunotherapy response; and (2) determining the function and targetability of key transcriptional regulators in specific T-cell lymphoma subtypes.
